When the pandemic hit in 2020, demand for the company&#8217;s innovative masks skyrocketed. They then saw a clear need for an ERP system. The choice fell on Prosmart! <\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Revolutionary clean<\/strong><br\/>Tiki is a Swedish positive pressure mask for use in demanding environments where protection against airborne particles and bacteria is required. It does not matter whether the user is remediating asbestos or staying in hospital environments with COVID-19 infection. Simply explained, Tiki consists of a reusable respirator and a self-adjusting fan powered by batteries. The mask measures the force of each breath in real time and delivers the right amount of air at the right pressure. The low weight combined with good visibility and excellent mobility for the user makes Tiki a unique mask globally. Comfortable and secure for the user, as well as economical over time since the mask is reusable.     &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The respiratory protection is TM3P-rated and exceeds WHO safety requirements by a wide margin. Tiki is developed to protect against viruses, mold, bacteria, dust, and other hazardous particles that must be kept away from humans. The company began its journey with Prosmart shortly after the COVID-19 pandemic took its grip on the world. Tiki was founded in 2011 and production began in 2016. An impressive development, to say the least.    <br><br><em>\u201cThe pandemic caused demand to increase significantly. Several hospitals in Sweden currently use Tiki, which feels good and honoring. For us, it is very important to be able to help during the crisis and protect vulnerable people in harmful environments. The increased pressure is one of the reasons we started looking around for an ERP system. This is extremely important to us. Now we can more easily track every item at a detailed level, which gives us a better overview and allows us to quickly address problems.\u201d <\/em><\/strong><em>Elin Wall\u00e9n, Tiki Safety<br\/><br\/><\/em><strong>Greater control, better oversight<\/strong><br\/>At the time this interview was conducted, Tiki Safety had not used Prosmart for very long, but they already saw a variety of benefits with the system. With Prosmart, they can keep track of COGS (cost of goods sold) and manage purchasing, but also handle everything from order to invoice. Prosmart&#8217;s main strength is that it can be adapted and streamlined depending on needs. In Tiki&#8217;s case, Prosmart has placed great emphasis on traceability and reporting\u2014something that is extremely important for Tiki. The company has also had specific requirements for how invoicing should be handled, as some customers prefer partial invoicing and advance invoicing, while others want traditional invoices. According to Elin, it is in the company&#8217;s DNA to always do their research before making a decision. The clearest example of this is their innovative products. Another is that they chose Prosmart to make daily operations run more smoothly.        <br><em><br>\u201cIt takes a while before you fully implement an ERP system. Every company has different needs. The image of Prosmart has evolved over time. Prosmart has been adapted to us and has grown into a very good business system. Now it is clear that we made the right choice. Prosmart&#8217;s support is something that stands out a little extra.
