Easy production control

Prosmart Smart truly excels in material and production control. Everything starts from a pre-calculation where you specify manufacturing times and material consumption. You can also link documents, etc. The information from the pre-calculation is then transferred to your manufacturing order. Your new order is a copy of the pre-calculation, allowing you to edit various parameters. This means you can improve production preparation for the current conditions.

Plan, change, improve

To make planning your manufacturing orders easy, clear tables and graphs are always available. The Priority List function displays all planned manufacturing orders for one or more resources. You can also move an operation, view material status, prioritize, or re-prioritize. Thanks to Gantt charts and graphs, working in the system is even easier.

Back-reporting of manufacturing orders is an important part of active production planning and
post-calculation. Back-reporting can be done via the web or on a computer. Prosmart Smart naturally supports paperless production. The operator can view all information directly on a tablet or in their terminal. The time spent on each operation is summarized into a post-calculation, which can then be compared with the pre-calculation. You can also compare the manufacturing cost with the sales price to see the contribution margin and profitability.
