Delikatessfabriken Appreciates Prosmart’s Support

At the foot of the mighty Storforsen in Norrland, Delikatessfabriken’s cold sauces have been produced since 1999. The product range has now grown to 16 different products, primarily sold through retailers in northern Sweden. However, the northern Swedish sauces have also gained attention in southern Sweden, which is considered a very high commendation from the head office in Vidsel.

Prosmart was selected as the business system following a recommendation from Hogia, where the integration between orders, invoicing, and statistics in Prosmart works very well with the accounting module handled by Hogia.

“It was actually Hogia that led us to choose Prosmart. They had initiated a collaboration with Prosmart, and the integration between these systems was exactly what we needed,” says Lena.

The collaboration with Prosmart has worked very well so far. The support and the simplicity of the functions that Delikatessfabriken needs are the decisive factors for everything to run smoothly. When asked what they like most about Prosmart, Evelina and Lena answer in unison:

“The support! Together with Prosmart, we have been involved in designing the business system we use today. And it’s primarily the program’s simplicity that we appreciate.”

The most important functions in Prosmart for Delikatessfabriken are order management, invoicing, and statistics.
